The kSil® range of silicone rubber sheeting delivers high performance and long life span at extreme temperatures. kSil® is the ideal silicone sheeting material for gaskets and seals used in industrial applications where adverse temperatures are present or where an inert, robust polymer is required. kSil® is also manufactured as silicone sponge sheeting which is commonly used as gaskets or when insulation or vibration dampening is required within applications such as rail carriage flooring or pipe insulation.
Our general purpose (kSil®GP) solid silicone sheeting is FDA compliant for use with food and drink contact which is ideal to be used to seal and protect applications in food and beverage manufacturing. We have also developed and formulated an FDA approved sponge sheet grade for the same purpose. FDA compliant silicone rubber products will meet both national and international legislation requirements preventing unwanted chemical contamination of food products.

Using the latest state of the art processing equipment, Silicone Engineering’s kSil® solid silicone sheeting is manufactured to the highest quality on calendered sheeting lines equipped with automated laser gauges for the tightest dimensional controls. High impingement nozzles are used to evenly distribute the heat over the entire surface through the oven, enhancing quality, performance and repeatability to produce the highest quality silicone sheeting.
