Silicone Engineering are extremely excited to announce a new silicone sponge development!
Our new lightweight, super soft silicone sponge kSil™NG150 is the latest innovative material developed by our Laboratory team.
Lightweight, closed cell and available in thicknesses up to 45mm (1.8”), kSil™NG150 has pushed the boundaries of both our density and thickness capabilities. With a super soft density of 150kg/m³ (9.3lb/ft³) the new sponge grade has excellent compression set with low water absorption at – <1%.
Formulated, mixed and manufactured in-house means we have full traceability of our silicone materials which means quality is guaranteed.
