This month we are pleased to have completed our new training and development laboratory. Equipped with the latest processing facilities and equipment, the new laboratory will be used to train, educate and develop employees understanding of silicone processes, as well as providing the facilities for our Technical Team to evaluate and trial various silicone concepts in their infancy prior to scaling up to full production trials.
The new laboratory has been designed to support our training and development programme from the induction stages of new starters through to the continuous improvement of our current employees.
Our dedicated training team with over 50 years’ experience of processing silicone materials can pass on their skills across the workforce with the new training and development laboratory providing the ideal environment for this to take place.
