Silicone Engineering has recently invested in a customer care service training programme called ‘Winning Ways’.
The training programme will give employees a greater understanding of customer needs and expectations. This will help delegates develop their skills and knowledge in eight workshops, based under the following headings:
- Communicating the vision
- Delivering exceptional service
- Effective communication
- Colleagues are customers too
- Supercharge your selling
- When the going gets tough
- Staying motivated
- Talking teamwork
As part of their training, delegates will also be asked to create a Personal Development Plan of skills and behaviours, which they will aim to put into practice at work, following completion of the training. HR & Training Coordinator, Joyce Mehta said: “We are very excited about the Customer Care training course run by EEF.
The attendees are an excellent cross section of the company. With their newly acquired knowledge they will take our front line customer service to an even greater level.”
The course will run over a three month period on a weekly basis. Silicone Engineering always put customers first, so if you are looking for great products, excellent customer service and competitive prices then call our ‘happy to help’ team today.
