Our kSil™GP250 silicone sponge sheeting has this month been qualified to meet UL94 flame rating. The company were approach by a large OEM who needed our general purpose sponge to meet the stringent flame test in order to complete and complement their customer offerings.
After 2-3 months of testing both internally and liaising with UL laboratories, we submitted 2mm thick sheets for testing in both grey and rio (red iron oxide). Both qualified to HB rating (Horizontal Burn).
